First of all the dress is gorgeous, second it depends on what type of style you are going for like sexy classic or chic. If you're trying to go for a sexy look then wear it down in like a beachy (but not dirt)style.

For classic wear it down but with soft curls and like earrings that can shine through your hair.

A chic look (which I think will look best) wear your hair in a low or an up bun (like the on in the pic) and put on a necklace (because you don't want to go with a bareneck).

This mainly depends on your hair, i personally think dark brown hair goes best with green, so you coudl either have it down and straight or down and curly, (if your hairs short you can always get extensions) if not then you could have it up in a straight messy bun, not to messy though as you do want to show its straight, if you do pick either of these straight styles then put plenty of eye makeup on, this will amke you look a lot more elegant, hope this helps.

I would go for something that suits you. Do you normally wear your hair down? If you usually do, maybe try down or half up with large curls and lots of height on top.

If you wear it back often, then a nice up-do (not pulled back too tight) can look elegant.

If you change your hair too much from the everyday you may look back at pictures and hate it.
