i like dis dress n im tannish (latina)...im probably gona get it custom made w/ sum adjustments (such as not havin da tail) but im not sure if i should get a darker shade or keep dis color b/c im worried of lookin to pale w/ da light pink

The light pink will compliment ur skin. Defiantly get rid of the train/tail though. Depending on ho long ur hair is u could have loose curls and put it up while leaving a little bit of hai out in front 2 frame ur face on 1 side

normally light colors make you look tanner or darker not paler

well the dress is flashy enough i would keep it simple with the hair a bun with a some kind of cute accesory.

Well well i would get the darker shade and it depends on how the dress looks if its a simple dress go all out with your hair such as big curls and but your bangs back if you have any and if your dress is flashy then just do a simple up-do like a bun with some loose curls.GOOD LOOK W/YOUR DRESS AND HAVE FUN AT PROM!!!!!!
