i have a floor-length black dress with a white band at the top and thin white straps shown here:

Can I just say...

I LOVE YOUR DRESS! And that you're very pretty!

I would suggest going for a natural look with your make up...try using pale colored eyeshadows and lipglosses.

For your hair... I suggest a simple yet formal up do. Like a pin up style. (Put hair in ponytail and pin back small piece of hair 1 by 1. Fix with spray.)

ok, this is easy, lol. Don't wear any foundation b/c it will beak out ur skin (trust me). U have really pretty eyes. lol. I would wear black eye liner. Wear gold, bronze, or brown eye shadow. U can wear up to 4 diff. eye colors of eye shadows on ur eyes at once, so u could wear other eye shadows that match ur pick (ur choice). I would wear maskara. And wear pink lip gloss. If I were u I would wear my hair the way that it is. It looks good. Good Luck!!!

I'd do a head band that's jeweled for your hair. For your makeup I'd go to like Macy's and have them do it so they can match your skin tones.

For makeup go to one of the counters at a department store like MAC or clinique and get them to do your makeup. I think you have to buy something (like an eyeshadow or something) but they will do your whole makeup for you. Just call or stop by to find out how much you have to spend to get a make over. My friend got one done at MAC and she looked AMAZING.
