I need my hair done for prom. Is Holiday Hair good?

First of all this will be my second prom of the year.

The first prom was about three weeks ago, and I got my hair done at a salon for it and I was truly not happy with it.

I heard that Holiday Hair does styling, is this true?

Also has anyone had their hair done at a "Holiday Hair" store?
