I have short blonde layered hair in which the longest layers reach the bottom of my neck. does anyone have any suggestions of how i can have my hair for prom?

Go get some pretty hair accessories and pin the top in a creative way. I love the shimmer sprays,too-or you can just get some fine glitter from a craft store and sprinkle it on.
