ok so this is my first prom and like do most people where their hair up or down. and do you get like really hot dancing and stuff?? AHH HELP!

I would definitely wear it up. It looks way prettier and more formal, and yes, you do get sweaty dancing a lot, so it helps keep you cool too.

Wear it up... If it's down you'll get all sweaty, and your hair will stick to your back and neck.

You can do it either, but I prefer up. There were a lot of people who had it up and down. Yes it usually get's reallly really hott and sticky dancing, gross! So if you don't want to be botherred by the hair, then put it up.

if u have thin hair and not too long, u can wear it down because it will go loose, but if it is thick and long, then definetely wear it up

depends on your gown...if its full in the top (like it has sleeves and covers most of your upper body...maybe puffy sleeves) then definitely up... but if its sleeveless or even strapless, then you have another choice... you can wear your hair down, but don't wear too much flashy jewelry...or if you wear your hair up, then wear something big around your neck...unless you have a great neck, then you might not need much adornment...but don't wear your hair up with a sleeveless or strapless dress without a little something around your neck...

If you mean hot like sexy you should wear your hair down. If your looking for a more classy look then wear your hair up.

wear it in like a cute half pony. like half up, half down. with like the bottom curled. or you could straighten it, do a side part and wear it down. make sure to bring a hair tie in your clutch so you can put it up while your dancing!

That depends on your dress and the weather. Up is usually safest: almost always requires major amounts of hairspray so you don't have to worry about it falling out or frizzing if it's humid, and in all honesty you will get very hot and sweaty dancing. Having your hair on your neck just makes you sweat more.
