Your palette is unique and beautiful but also poses problems with clothing colors. I have found Marcia Cross to have a similar palette and always wears the perfect colors that accent her. I would recommend dark/bright blues such as teal and turquoise. Emerald green looks gorgeous as well.

I am light skinned as well...and when I went to my senior prom I wore a black n gold gown and it was so pretty on my skin tone!!! You can never go wrong with black.
