prom is coming up..
however, after I went to the hairdressers, they chopped my hair all off (like 1 - 2 inch layers everywhere..) now it's really choppy and short..
it's dark brown with some medium brown and ginger tints.
What should I do about prom/ grad?
I don't want to look like a boy! lol
thanks!
I have extremely short hair.. PROM?!?
scrunch it with mousse and try to pin it out of your face with bobby pins. try to pin the sides in as well. you should have a bunch of loose hair in the middle section of your head. pin the bottom up and with the rest of the loose hair try to roll it and pin it (to look like curls). if you hair is long enough (it should have to be that long) it will look like you have curly hair pinned to your head.
we did it to my sister's hair, and she looked great! (her hair is a little shorter than chin length). i hope the explanation makes sense...

hmm maybe try adding some girly hair accesories- like a fun flower barrette or a fun tiara.

Fake hair.
Pull your bangs back and put a crown in it.
Go to a stylist and see what they reccomend.
Curl the little hair you have left.
Put sparkles in your hair (cute)
Use accessories.

short hair is hot I'd say just get temporary highlights depending on the color your hair is now...and just style it super cute...You'll look hot

How not to "look like a boy", from one who's had a "boy cut" for over 8 years:
1. Are you shaped like a boy? I doubt it. Okay, then just make the best of it. Any sparkly jewelry for these big occasions you speak of that you want to show off?
2. Are you wearing a dress to prom? Unless your school somehow has a lot of cross-dressing guys. . . 'nuff said.
3. Drawing attention to that you think you might look boyish will only make more people think that. Just act like you wanted your hair to look this way. Even if you aren't feeling confident about your current hairstyle, just fake it until you are.
4. Have a sense of humor rather than getting embarrassed if someone on the street does mistake you for a guy when you're not dressed very "girly". So what? It's not like those people actually care, and they're the ones who should be getting embarrassed.
