Help with hair for prom please?

im kinda new to this i need help. I have prom in like a couple of days and i dont want to pay loads of money for a hairstyle so im tryna do it myself. Its not going to well :( i recently bought a hair stick. when i was in primary school we used to put our hair up with pencils and i was hopin to do this just with my hair stick but i cant remember how please help.

ok, im not sure if this is the way that you want it because im half south korean and half english so this is the way that south koreans put their hair up with a hair stick, and the only way i know how to so....

1. Grab your hair into a pony-tail and twist it

2.then roll your hair into a bun while it is twisted and make sure that the end of the pony-tail is at the top of the bun.

3.Now flatten the bun against your head trapping the end of the tail inbetween your head and the bun

4.get your hair stick and push it from the bottom of the bun through to the top

5.Then go back on yourself through a different foute and push down to the bottom

6.Neaten up with bobby pins

hmmm ok will twist ur hair and use some bobby pins for extra help, then put the hair stick in. Or put ur hair in a messy bun then put it in. Hope this helped!
